Rhonda was born in Lancaster, California. At age 10 she travelled with her family to Chile with her missionary parents to embark on a life in the Spanish culture. Fluent in the language, Rhonda participated wholeheartedly in all the fields of service in her Church and community throughout her teen years.

Married to Neil Arias in 1993, they have served together in Ministry to this day.

Rhonda later trained for and became licensed as a REALTOR®. After joining Keller Williams RGV, she works earnestly to help people buy and sell their homes, one of the most decisions of their lives! She truly considers helping people find their home to be a privilege and honor.
